Who handles your enquiry

What you provide

The form asks for your name, email address, optional contact number, group type, interested package, estimated guest count, preferred date and any message you choose to include. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your visit.

How it is used

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, discuss availability and arrangements, and manage a resulting booking. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm a booking.

Where it goes

Enquiries are submitted to the gallery’s Wix Forms dashboard. Wix provides the hosting and form service. If you contact us through WhatsApp, email or an external link, that service handles the information you send through it.

For questions about access, corrections, deletion or how long a particular enquiry record is retained, contact themereno.ymoon@gmail.com. We will review your request and any records that need to be kept for a booking or other applicable obligations.
